05-08-06 Start a changelog. 
		I had an incomplete data set for the first ftp try. 
		Fortunately some folks were kind enough to supply me 
		with a more complete test base.  ;-) 
		General Notes : 
		1) The counter is inflationary, by about a third. 
		2) Numerous scratch files are produced. It was sensible 
		see what grep and awk were doing when I first started, 
		but now some of these files are re-used, so they can't 
		be taken as reliable for debugging. 

	05-07-06 Make FTP drop actually work. 
		version 0.9a
		Note : adding ftp makes threshold a bit more sensitive ; 
		ie., 2 hits on ssh and one ftp and your gone. This might 
		be a bit restrictive, but it depends on the user base.
